WHAT IS THIS CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY?

This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, along with the terms of use at Vsmartmart, covers the following:

  • Acceptance of product cancellations before dispatch.
  • Acceptance of product returns after purchase from the Platforms.
  • Governing terms and conditions for return or cancellation of products by Users.

Users should:

  • Read and understand this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
  • If in disagreement, do not accept the Terms of Use and refrain from using the Platforms.
  • Accept the unmodified terms of this policy by initiating a purchase request on the Platforms. (Customer Friendly Returns & Refund Policy).

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellation before dispatch is allowed.
Users can cancel orders before they are dispatched by Vsmartmart.
Users will receive a unique tracking number for order status.
To cancel before dispatch, users can send a WhatsApp message with an order ID 
Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are initiated within 3 business days.

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY. Without the parcel opening video, we will not entertain any claim.

Damage / Defective / Short Product

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a parcel opening video highlighting the defect or damaged product & box label on this number. We will process the refund within 24 hours. You should report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Customers are urged to carefully inspect products for damage or functionality issues and report any concerns within 24 hours. Please be aware that our electronic products, manufactured in China, do not come with any warranty.

5. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Any grievances relating to the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy may be directed by you to the grievance officer of Vsmartmart who can be contacted on WhatsApp on the customer care team
